We confirm your booking
Your request is non-binding until we confirm it by e-mail, usually within a few hours.

Pick up your e-bike in Šumiac
We set up the bike, lend you a helmet and suggest a route. You pay on the spot, in cash or by QR code.

FAQ
What people ask us
Is the online booking binding?
No. Sending the form is a non-binding request. The booking is valid only after we confirm it by e-mail. We hold the date for you only after confirmation.
How much does an e-bike cost?
A full-suspension e-bike costs €40 for 4 hours or €60 for a full day. Hardtail and kids' e-bikes cost €28 for 4 hours or €38 for a full day. Multi-day rentals are charged per started day.
How do I pay?
You pay when you pick the bike up, in cash or by QR code. If you need cash, there is an ATM right inside the rental building.
Is the helmet included? What about a child seat and a trailer?
Every bike comes with a helmet included in the rental price. A child seat (€10 each) and a bike trailer (€15) can be added right in the booking – we fit them to any e-bike.
Can I rent a bike for several days?
Yes. Choose a return date on another day when booking. Pick-up and return are during opening hours, 8:00–18:00.
Where is the rental located?
In the COOP Jednota building in Šumiac, Jána Bottu 134, right below Kráľova hoľa. We are open every day from 8:00 to 18:00.

How to find us
1Follow the orange signpost
On the main road through Šumiac you will see an orange board reading „e-bike požičovňa 50 m“ and a green RIDEON arrow. Turn where they point.
2Park at the COOP Jednota
The rental is inside the COOP Jednota building. There is a large free car park in front of it and a green arrow leads you to the entrance.
